OHVALE

DELLORTO has always been involved in the world of sports competitions with high-performance technical supplies and since 2022 it has embraced the OHVALE project, through a technical collaboration aimed at the growth of talents all over the world.

In fact, OHVALE is the sole bike in the FIM MINIGP WORLD SERIES, the Dorna and FIM-sponsored initiative that aims to unify and standardize competitions for 10 to 14 years old in order to increase the skills and opportunities of young riders competing.

The partenership between DELLORTO and OHVALE involves the entire product range, starting from the OHVALE GP-0 110 4S which will be equipped with the DELLORTO PHBL 24 BS carburetor up to the OHVALE GP-0 160 and OHVALE GP-2 190 with the DELLORTO PHBH 28 BD carburetor, all with dedicated calibration and testing on DELLORTO benches.

All the carburetors used are specific for 4-stroke motorcycles, very reliable and particularly stable in different weather conditions. The collaboration extends technically in the DELLORTO Research & Development center, where we found the ideal carburetion through tests that provide the same methodology used for Moto3 and large displacement sport bike.

The partnership between DELLORTO and Ohvale continues and is consolidated with the launch of the Ohvale GP-7 project. The exclusive motorcycle of the new GP Junior class created by the collaboration between the Italian Motorcycle Federation and Ohvale for the 2025 CIV Junior season. Motorcycle that has several new technical features including the 250cc fuel-injected engine. A central focus of this collaboration between DELLORTO and Ohvale is a common vision based on a passion for engines and motorsport, elements that promote the growth of young riders, along with the adoption of technologies gained from racing experience.

DELLORTO and Ohvale put all their expertise and know-how into developing strategic components and solutions, such as the quickshifter and engine brake, with technologies derived directly from MiniGP and Moto3. Special attention was given to calibration, an activity implemented at the innovative dynamic roller bench in its R&D Center.

Some of the most notable technical specifications of the Ohvale GP-7 project include a DELLORTO 46 mm throttle body and dedicated electronic control unit (ECU) with the previously mentioned advanced electronic control strategies. Solutions designed by DELLORTO, in collaboration with Ohvale, specifically to ensure high performance and optimal power management.

An important first test for the project came in early May, with the first official GP-7 race-a debut that marked the concrete start of this new challenge and already showed once again the great potential of the joint work between DELORTO and Ohvale.
