DELLORTO for everyone is the carburetor. But as we like to frequently remind ourselves, we are more than a product.

Our commitment, whether it is to consumer side products or in motorsport, has always encloses all our values, our know-how and the passion that has distinguished us for 90 years. More than ever in recent years, sustainability, research, innovation and education have become so important to us, translating into a series of products and collaborations that always put these values at the center. Whether we are talking about everyday mobility or about what for us is our natural habitat, racing.

Already in 2019, DELLORTO, taking up the challenge of electrification, launched the E-Power project. An innovative electric propulsion system for sustainable urban mobility resulting from the collaboration with some of the best and most innovative Italian companies in the sector. While on the motorsport front,in the same year, DELLORTO supported the birth of MotoE with the supply of the data acquisition system.

The TPMS system and pressure sensors, in addition to days at our test bench, are part of the technical supply for the 2023 season for the Dynamis PRC team’s DP 14. A Formula Student project in which Politecnico di Milano is successfully involved. A car that is the third electric prototype in the team’s history and the second equipped with the autonomous driving system entirely developed by more than 130 students from the engineering faculties of the Politecnico.

In fact, the DP14 is the result of a hard year of work by these future engineers who, after the creation of the first electric prototype last year, aim to improve its performance and what are the details of the car in the pre-race.

For us at DELLORTO it is certainly a pleasure as well as a pride to be at their side and to be able to contribute to such praiseworthy projects that are healthy carriers of those values that have always been part of our DNA. We are confident that the results of the passion and hard work of research and innovation done by the Dynamis PRC team at the Politecnico in recent years will lead to important new goals.
